VaultPilot is global freight logistics software. Every function a freight business needs is a built-in module of the one platform, not a separate app. That includes telematics and telemetry, shipment tracking, point-A-to-B shipping, freight brokerage, carrier and shipper management, dispatch, trade-show and event freight, customs, documents, FreightClaim, invoicing and settlement.
All of it runs on one canonical freight brain: one shipment record shared by every module. A quote, a carrier check, a tracking position, a proof of delivery and an invoice all attach to the same shipment, so nothing is re-keyed and nothing disagrees.
Tracking stays honest. Live positions come only from carrier, ELD or tracking providers that are authorized and connected. Map routes and estimates are labeled as plans, never as a truck's live location.
